Boarding Requirements
- ALL DOGS/CATS MUST BE IN GOOD HEALTH TO BOARD.
- A signed Agreement form provided by Lovepuppy2.
- A current shot record from a licensed veterinarian from owner.
- Dog Vaccines: Canine influenza, Parvo, Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella.
- Spayed or Neutered After 6 – 8 months.
- Dog Friendly and People Friendly with no bite history.
- Dog must NOT be destructive or a flight risk.
- Cat Vaccines:
- Rabies – 4 months & up.
- Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR) – herpes virus.
- Feline Panleukopenia (FP) – feline distemper.
- Feline Calicivirus (FCV).
